Ben Braysich is a seasoned leader in private banking and real estate advisory, with a career defined by strategic vision, deep client relationships, and a commitment to excellence. Prior to co-founding Stella, Ben held senior roles at Commonwealth Private, including National Head of Property and was a Senior Adviser at Macquarie Bank with the Private Wealth Business. Over his award-winning career, he has advised some of Australia’s most prominent families, Business Owners and entrepreneurs.
Across Ben's career, he has been at the industry forefront with his unique ability of bridging the worlds of finance and real estate, and has successfully led several Real Estate based finance groups including roles as CEO of Century 21 Home Loans, CEO of Stone Real Estates Finance arm and was integral in the early build out of McGraths broking arm Oxygen Home Loans in the early 2000s.
Ben brings a sharp commercial lens to Stella. His expertise spans high value complex structuring for residential and commercial lending, construction and development transactions, and bespoke solutions including private credit and access to wholesale investment solutions.

Mark Vosti brings two decades of experience in Corporate and Private Banking and is an industry leader in Healthcare.
Renowned for his financial deal acumen and deep industry insight, Mark has successfully supported high-value clients to achieve their strategic goals.
Before co-founding Stella, Mark held senior roles in both boutique broking and major Banks including his most recent role at CBA where he was a National Director for Commonwealth Private Bank.
Known for his strategic approach and strong industry relationships, Mark consistently delivers lending solutions that exceed client expectations.
At Stella, Mark oversees the Private Bank Advisory team, strategy and execution, ensuring every dealing reflects the company’s commitment to quality, innovation, and long-term value creation.

Kyle Mc Auliffe Cronin is a brand strategist who transforms expertise into authority.
